This program is designed to give students the foundational skills they will need to succeed upon graduation. The knowledge learned through the program will aide them in animal care and the technical ability to work effectively with technologist and veterinarians.

Students in the program will also be instructed in WHMIS, Standard First Aid with CPR-C and AED, as well as DOGSAFE Canine First Aid.
