Don't forget to take a moment of silence on November 11 for Remembrance Day.
Fall is marching along at a rapid rate. We made a quick transition from Thanksgiving to Halloween and are now thinking about Remembrance Day and all of those who have given their lives for the freedoms that we sometimes take for granted. We will all take some time this month to contemplate the sacrifices that others have made that have benefitted us as Canadians. We are fortunate to live in such a wonderful country with the rights and freedoms that we have but along with these come responsibilities that should also be taken seriously as we continue to strive to make our country better for the future generations to come.
Don't forget to take a moment of silence on November 11 for Remembrance Day.

The Kelowna campus had a fabulous time celebrating the scary and spooky. Not only was the campus decorated with a variety of ghoulish, severed limbs and skeletons but we also held a costume contest and handed out goody bags for our student appreciation day. What a fun and busy month October was and soon we will begin preparation for Christmas.
