The Registered Massage Therapy program is a full-time, 88-week program delivered in person at Vancouver Career College’s Burnaby and Abbotsford campuses. It runs across eight semesters, with students typically attending five days a week (8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.), plus occasional evening and weekend clinical shifts.
Graduates are prepared to work in a wide range of healthcare and wellness settings, such as private massage therapy clinics, rehabilitation and medical clinics, wellness centres, health spas, and sports medicine facilities. Upon completion, successful graduates qualify to take the CCHPBC board exams to become Registered Massage Therapists in BC.

Yes. Students gain extensive hands-on training through supervised practice in the Student Massage Clinic as well as multiple clinical placements. You’ll work directly with clients, practice assessment and treatment techniques, and build real-world competencies under the guidance of experienced instructors and clinic supervisors.
