It seems everyone and their uncle is baking which is causing a shortage in flour and yeast products. Baking is a psychologically positive endeavour that many people find calming and therapeutic. It could make people feel happier and feel that they are accomplishing something. Have you baked anything lately?

Now that we have put up with all the April showers, make way for the flowers of May. Long before email, texting, instant messages or even phone calls, people used flowers to communicate.
